"Shout out to our wonderful guide Riley!! We went on the 4 hour float trip on Monday, Sept. 28. The lesson in the boat before we started down the river was super helpful. Learned all kinds of useful tips. Isn't that what it is all about? The weather was cooperative, scenery beautiful, caught a few, and professional help was the best. Riley could put that boat in just the right spot. He made us look like pros. Only, problem is we can't do it all the time. All in all, a relaxing and wonderful time. Thanks for all your skill and hard work. Please pass this on to Riley. Susan&Ann"

Travis is an amazing guide!
"It was only the second time I've been fly fishing and it was terrific. What made it so great was our guide Travis. There is so much nuance to fly fishing and Travis was incredibly patient and just a great guy all around. Next time we're in Fraser we will definitely look up The Fly Shop and Travis."

"Another great experience! My dad had never fished with a fly rod. We began by doing a float trip with Riley Strickland. Riley taught us how to land fish on dry flies. We were able to fish 4 miles of water on the float trip. Riley taught us to present our flies and identify the kind of water where trout feed. Dad had never cast a fly rod. Riley had him catching multiple fish within a four hour trip.
The second day, we fished with Josh Frank on a wading trip. Just like last year Josh had us on fish quickly. The morning feeding frenzy was a rush. I called Josh a week before we came. He intentionally scouted a trip that would work for us. We crushed it. Josh spent a lot of time helping us dial in our cast and hook set. These guides are friendly and know these waters. You won’t be disappointed."
